Punta Cana Dominican Republic

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome and ensured we had a fantastic vacation.

A special thank you to Franklin from the sailing and kayaking team. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly represent what the Club Med GO spirit is all about. Also want to thank Josh, the e-foil instructor, whose knowledge, patience, and encouragement made the experience both fun and memorable.

Jonathan from Entertainment deserves recognition for keeping the energy high throughout the resort. He knows how to keep the fun going and clearly leads his team with enthusiasm and positivity.

We would also like to thank Rosanna, our housekeeper, who took excellent care of our room and always greeted us with a smile.

The entire GO and staff team were fantastic. We filled our days with sailing, kayaking, exercise classes, sports, dancing, more dancing and enjoying everything the resort has to offer. The atmosphere, activities, and people made this a truly memorable vacation. We can’t wait to return! I would sell this location with confidence the renovations look fantastic and the grounds are truly beautiful. We we there at beginning of Sargassum season and the location handles it well plus the amazing job the grounds crew to keep it at bay, each day can be dramatically different, there was always a place to swim in that crystal clear ocean.

It was an excellent stay at the resort. The entire family enjoyed its holiday with a magnificent setting. The staff was attentive and amazing. The ameneties and food were wonderful.

Had a lot of fun here, especially sailing! The instructors are friendly and helpful, and the environment is perfect for learning how to sail (and capsize and get back up :))

From the moment we met Juan from guest relations he made our trip amazing. He is courteous, knowledgeable, caring he was able to take care of the request and needs we may have had during our stay. I do believe he is one of the reasons why this stay was so comfortable and enjoyable. I have stayed at three different Club meds, but this one by far surpassed my expectations. I will definitely come back. Luca was an amazing host to all the members always making sure everybody was well taken care of. Sergio, who drives a golf carts, made it very easy for my handicap friend to get around the resort without a worry in the world.. the staff you have here is amazing and your other clubs could really take a lesson from them. The food was great the dining room staff and chefs were all very nice as well as the gardeners and everyone else who made sure our on vacation ran smooth. We had one request for towels and water, and it was brought right to our room without hesitation!

Club Med Punta Cana is in a league of its own! After visiting numerous all-inclusive resorts across the Dominican Republic, I can confidently say this is the absolute pick of the bunch. Every aspect - from the facilities to the fantastic food and drinks - was flawless. A big thank you to Luca, who greeted us personally upon arrival and set the tone for a wonderfully welcoming visit. Huge thanks to Luca and the entire team for making our experience so memorable!
