Bintan Island Indonesia

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Club Med Bintan, and the exceptional service from the team made it truly unforgettable.

I would like to give special recognition to a few team members:

Judy (Yoga Instructor): I attended four days of her yoga classes. She was extremely professional and dedicated. She delivered fantastic lessons with great energy.

Okta and Wisnu (Baristas): Both of them provided warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive service, especially toward my child. They were super patient and even took the time to teach us some cool latte art techniques, which was a highlight for us!

Overall, the hospitality and enthusiasm of all the staff were top-notch. We were extremely satisfied with our holiday and will definitely be back to Club Med for our next vacation!

Such a lovely place with a nice beach and friendly atmosphere. The bartenders team, especially Valeria and Noa, are amazing, but the rest of the GO team are not as hardworking as I would expect them to be

Ronald (singer at the beach bar) is a wonderful singer! He has a beautiful and expressive voice, as well as a warm and welcoming personality. He sang on all three nights of my stay, and the last night of my stay was also his last night at Club Med. Many guests were cheering his songs. I would certainly recommend his re-appointment as singer and musician at any Club Med of his choice, as he would be an asset to any resort! Guests all love his carefully chosen repertoire of songs and his friendly personality.
Dr Becky sang some songs with Ranald. Dr Becky is a multi-talented person with a lovely voice, as well as a warm and caring personality.
Thank you Ronald and Dr Becky for making my time at Club Med extra special!

We had an amazing stay at ClubMed Bintan from the moment we stepped off the ferry from Singapore!
The GOs went out of their way to make us feel welcome! A big thank you to Batu(interim of CDV), Noor and Zico who were always there for us as all the GOs. The dining with global and local food was superb, thank you Arun, Benz, Arynty and Nur and all the excellent staff at the restaurants! Sport and entertainment to your heart’s content! Will definitely recommend ClubMed Bintan❤️

Though we stay during the French school vacations, there was no other kids to get along with my grand children (14 and 12) at that time. They still enjoyed their holidays.
